In this morning course we will explore strategies to move and exercise safely in order to maintain and develop bone health and density.

In this workshop we will look at identifying inefficient patterns of posture and movement which may put stress on feet, knees, hips and spine and how to create move with more ease and comfort.

This course provides an immersion into the Alexander technique with group sessions plus a daily private lesson for each participant.
