In this morning course we will explore strategies to move and exercise safely in order to maintain and develop bone health and density.
 

Walking with Ease

David Moore is running this workshop which will deal with how we move and organise the body in walking.

In this workshop we will look at identifying inefficient patterns of posture and movement which may put stress on feet, knees, hips and spine and how to create move with more ease and comfort.
